Good coffee experience, even if you want to start making coffee at home
Great coffee with good cakes as well. There are many coffee machine and accesories for coffee geeks. Laps they are selling many different beans, some roasted by the shop. Staff can help you about choosing the coffee you want also can inform you about the espresso machines and grinders. The place is big enough and there is a small quite place in the back of store
It seems to me this is the best coffee in Haarlem.
There are more fancy places in Haarlem but if your ultimate goal is coffee taste this is a place to go.

I had a really nice time with these guys. I'm a coffee geek, barista, amateur roaster, and previous coffee shop owner. I went in when it was empty, and found everyone spoke good English. They accommodated my awkwardness nicely too. I didn't love their espresso melange, and found it a little too dark for my taste. They accommodated me and ground an ethiopian single-origin medium for me, which was okay, although not roasted for espresso so still lacking in body. I can't say the coffee is a 10/10 (although I haven't tried enough to say for sure), but the service definitely is. Many thanks, I'll be back!
