Staff is very helpful and they are very responsive to questions. They also have the 24-hour boxes on the street where I can pick up my prescriptions, which is very convenient.. Only minus is that they frequently don’t have standard medicines in stock.

If it was possible to give zero stars, then that would be my rating of this pharmacist. I've been here twice to collect a prescription and on both times it was simply unacceptable. The first instance (last year) I was given the incorrect mouthwash after a dental procedure (dentist prescription), causing a huge amount of pain unecessarily. The second time was in the past week - I was informed that they need to order the prescribed medicine, and I was to leave my email/contact details and they would contact me when it arrived - 3 days later and I had to call to find out myself that the medicine was already there, after zero attempt to contact me like they promised. You'd have thought that a pharmacist would be someone you can trust! - a visit to this place and you really have to re-evaluate that assumption.

If you want to spend 1,5 hours because the staff can't be asked to work behind the counter (15 customers and only 1 person behind the counter! Eventhough there are plenty of people working at the back), this is the place for you. Found a good alternative in Haarlem Noord, with much more friendly staff.

Friendly staff. We didn't have to wait long even though there were a few people before us. They helped us find something for an undiagnosed infection and it all went very quickly.

If you are a foreigner you will be treated a special way: they will never be able to find your recipe and ask you to come back later again and again, and they will not be able to find you in their system even though you live in Haarlem for a year.. nice place to be every time, and minimum 30 minutes each time by the way, never seen slower people

Even is a bit far from home, I prefer this pharmacy. They are nice, quick and professional.
