For over 8 years I wasn’t able to run more than 4km without serious knee pain despite countless visits to physiotherapists, Oesteopaths, chiropractors, sports injury professors, acupuncture clinics and everything in between. Carly diagnosed me quickly and after only 3 months of treatment with a lot of dry needling (and a lot of training) I was at 22km long runs without any knee pain (or back pain or shoulder pain) Now 6 months on my training has decreased and I am not visiting as often as I should but continue to enjoy my runs PAIN FREE. I cannot recommend Carly highly enough and I am thankful that to have met her.

I started seeing Bethan 18 weeks pregnant due to almost constant migraines and headaches. I have had them since childhood, but taking painkillers to numb the pain was no longer an option. I found the practice online and was drawn to it because of the good reviews, as well as the fact that Bethan has experience treating pregnant women and babies. Bethan took the time to dig into my complains and examine my body, which I appreciate a lot. Being pregnant I was a bit nervous, but in no time I was convinced that I am at the right place. I felt an improvement from the treatments almost immediately and 3 months later I am enjoying a pain-free pregnancy! Every now and then when I do get a headache, I find the pain not as strong as it used to be. Cannot recommend her enough!

I want tremendously thank Bethan for monitoring me during pregnancy and postpartum. I had a huge pain and discomfort in the back, frequent headaches and she literally saved me. I started seeing Bethan after I had my second child, I had tried to go back to the gym after 4 months and was having terrible pain with squats. I had also thrown out my back during the pregnancy and was told I had scoliosis by a PT here which seemed strange as no one had ever mentioned this to me before and I have dealt with back issues my whole life! I had seen a Chiropractor in the USA many years before and I had forgotten how effective it was! I am really impressed with this practice, Bethan got me right on track and doing exercises at home to help my back. I felt a dramatic improvement and was able to return to the gym within a few months time. I also brought my daughter in to Bethan as she was suffering from a flat head at 4 months of age. I have now started seeing Carly at the practice and continue to have improved function and strength in my back and body. I have been working out at the gym for almost 1 year post birth with minimal issues. I can really recommend this practice if you are having pain, they will help you! Carly is also great to ask about if you take classes at the gm but wonder if the exercises are helping or hurting your back because believe me there are some that just do no benefit for me so I am always happy to get some alternate ideas or modifications. Bethan is great to consult with about nutrition and beneficial supplements, she is super knowledgable in this area and I have been very pleased with her advice! There is no magic cure and pain killers are really not a solution...you have to work hard to keep strong and flexible. I have learned that I must prioritize a bit of myself in order to be a better parent and to avoid drastic pain in the future...this practice is helping me to do so! Thanks Bethan & Carly!!!
