after months of trying, made an appointment for macbook screen replacement (since Apple in Amsterdam is not available for bookings for couple months now). Traveled one hour and faced empty shop with nobody inside. After 30 min on the phone with customer service- they offered me to pick up my product for 140 euros more of original price of repair.. Nice making money from people in trouble, Apple.

There are some nightclub bouncers in front of the door which aren't capable speaking more then 2 words. They only know how to say eservation required\. Can I ask a question? reservation required Are you handling returns here? reservation required. How can I make a reservation? reservation required. I know there are corona measures in place, but I seriously think we should be able to ask a simple question to the people representing the company, since they're standing in the open air. I think as apple customers we deserve more than these nightclub bouncers.
By far the most disappointing Apple experience in The Netherlands. If you can then I would highly recommend visiting either the store in Amsterdam or The Hague. Saddening because I’ve never received anything less than excellent customer service from other Apple stores
As all apple stores, outstanding design and excellent customer service. I was in a hurry and was able to get an express service at the genius bar.Employees are really helpful, kind and with an honest desire to solve your apple related problems. Great variety of items on display.
