Visited this branch on 1st November about half hour after they'd opened, 1 customer being served, 2 members of staff. Ignored by young lady member of staff who was openly talking about going upstairs to eat a bag of crisps(!) I mentioned to the older European member of staff i was looking to buy a diamond ring, i showed her 2 which were below her in the display cabinet, she then informed me there may be more further down the shop and to look myself.... She also said if they didn't have my size I couldn't order a size in due to Covid-19 lockdown......?! I was now the only customer in the shop so I wandered to the otherdiamond rings, whereby the other girl appeared mentioned the crisps again (!) and they both disappeared out the back totally ignoring me or asking me if I'd seen anything I liked!!! I walked out went to Ernest Jones who's staff were attentive, knowledgeable and got a great sale!!!! Customer service training needed at HM Samuel ....

Staff are very helpful and polite. I visited to have a watch that I had delivered adjusted. It was done quickly which I appreciated. The store is very well kept and clean.
