Only the second time in 4 year's I've actually been in to H. Samuel but i must admit i was impressed with the service didn't have to wait at all . The gentleman who served me was very helpful and was very specific about what my watch needed and said it would take a couple of weeks.
Handy little jewellers if you want a nice gift for a loved one. They also offer a watch battery replacement service for a small charge. Handy location with friendly staff.
