Being a Tennant this is the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment. 0 Respect by Kim who is apparently the owner. The landlord even said they can't stand Kim. I work with sensitive data and Kim decided to use the key and let himself in the apartment whenever he likes with no notice after 2 warning from me saying it needs to be at least 24 hours notice as stated in the contract. The Landlord also said he was always behind on paying the due rent so I would get calls from them to see if it was paid because they hadn't been given the money. Would not recommend to an enemy let alone a friend.

Regargarding Astrojet5 My 87 year old mother is the landlord of the property mentioned .This man owes 2000 of unpaid rent and then he has the audacity to demand his deposit back whilst harassing my mother with phone calls all day demanding his money.Kim at HMT has been very patient dealing with these people and has always given them 24 hours notice when letting delivery people in to install there white goods. I would highly recommend HMT as they are very polite and professional.
Poor experience as a prospective tenant. First viewing was a no show. By the boss of all people. Called him and it went to voicemail, thankfully he did return it but if I'm honest I wasn't exactly convinced by the reasons given. I'll put it down to an I forgot. That's fine though, I know mistakes can be made especially during these difficult times so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to a later viewing. Unfortunately, both flats at Irving House had clear signs of mold/damp. When queried I was patronized and asked whether I did science back at school. I'll say no more, judge for yourself.
They are very nice and polite. They are doing a great job. Excellent experience, very kind and helpful people.
