Great location on Birmingham New Road , very clean forecourt with great offers displayed. You are welcomed on entry and the shop is well stocked with chilled, grocery and car care products. There are lots of offers to choose from and don't forget to buy the winning lottery ticket before you leave! Damien was great checking if I had a nectar card and asked if I had everything I needed. Will definitely call in here again for fuel!
Avoid at all costs. Customer service is completely unknown to them. My husband stopped to get petrol but asked to use the toilet first. As he has prostate cancer & he was unsure whether the act of filling the tank with petrol would be wise before going to the toilet. He was told very abruptly to use the toilets at Mc Donalds. Needless to say they didn't get our custom for a full tank of petrol. Knowing that he had prostate cancer I find this level of customer service disgusting.
