I just went up there to try and pay my water bill. First there was a long line and when I finally got up to one of the two windows the employee put up a closed lane sign and walked away without saying anything. So I got back in line and waited and then the lady that was helping me told me it couldn't be paid. I pointed to the bill showing her that it said it can be paid at any HEB or Walmart she said sorry she couldn't do it. Very disappointed in HEB they need to train their customer service center employees better!
