Absolutely loved it here. Could have easily spent all day here in the aquatics section. Staff are amazingly informative and have great chat, wide selection, great quality everywhere too. Ill 100% be coming here for all my fishy needs in future. Loved it

Clean, vastly knowledgeable owners and a joy to visit. The reptiles etc are all healthy and beautifully selected, and check out the monkeys at the back! Cute as a button and obviously as happy as they can be. Fab range of accessories and food for reptiles and fish, and I am told that they don't stock anything they haven't tried first. I own a crested gecko and to be able to chat to people that really know what they are talking about is brilliant. Nothing but love for these people- keep up the amazing work. I'm yet to see another shop that even comes close to your welfare standards
extremely good shop, very knowledgeable staff and very willing to help and give advice. Nothing seemed too much for them, very polite also. All the insects and reptiles were very well kept as were the fish. Great selection of tarantulas and i will be returning to make a purchase once the GBB is in stock. Overall very good shop, very clean and tidy very happy with the experience I had and would 100% recommend to anybody!
Always very helpful, friendly and welcoming even in these difficult times ( Corona virus ) .. hand sanitizer is always available for use upon entering and safety in place for amount of people allowed into each area of the shop.. I know I can ask for advice even on line if I need it and I can get my live food delivered if I choose.. Can't fault their care and quality of animals of all types.. couldn't ask for better service
Great shop for all of your lizard needs. Staff know everything there is to know, and have some scary critters in stock too.
