Extremely friendly and helpul staff. I had a rather complex issue with an e-bike and they did a great job, kept me informed, and made sure that everything with the guarantee (altho purchased from another bikeshop) was sorted. I'll definitely keep going to them for my bike needs in the future...

Good bicycle shop with friendly staff. It is the third time I rent a bicycle here for short stays in Goettingen. Good opening times. In case of a flat tyre, the owner repairs it in under 5min. Nice. However, I would recommend Marathon Plus tyres that are more puncture proof.
When you are in Göttingen, marcobikes has to be your first stop spot. The perfect bike shop to repair, buy new bikes or rent even if you want so just to go around the beautiful city of Göttingen or visit your uni or office. Most friendly people with cool attitude and sehr sehr schön welcome. Specially super for international students. Seek any help, have any question on bikes just drop and get your work done in minutes. If wish I could give more than 5 stats for their help and gratitude.

Mir wurde versprochen, dass die Reparaturen innerhalb von drei Tagen fertig sind. Tatsächlich konnte ich das Rad bereits am nächsten Tag abholen und alle Reperaturen waren gut durchgeführt. Der Mitarbeiter, der die Fahrrad-Annahme gemacht hat, hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag und war nicht übermäßig freundlich. Bei der Abholung wurde ich jedoch von allen Mitarbeitern freundlich behandelt, sogar eine kleine Nachbesserung wurde kostenlos und schnell durchgeführt. Leider wurde ich nicht vor der Reperatur über die Kosten informiert, der Preis war dann schließlich aber im Rahmen. Insgesamt kann ich marcobike weiter empfehlen.
