After a long and grueling endeavor I took upon myself, filing papers at Gwinnett probate Court. I wanted to take a moment and compliment 2 excellent employees of probate Court. I was here as a witness in a case so basically just had to walk through security and then wait eternally to be called. The parking is abundant but you should get here early. The interior is decently marked for each department and security. Omg there are so many signs about weapons so don’t bring any. The court rooms are not comfortable so expect a sore back. Is there a hidden meaning behind uncomfortable seats?

just turned 21 I had to make an appointment in August to get my carry permit. actually applied beginning of November. didn't receive it until first week of February. when I finally got it my name was misspelled and my birthdate was wrong. This license is so bad that bass pro shops wouldn't take it . To make matters worse I HAVE TO PAY to get it fixed.

We have a wonderful experience from the convenient parking to going through the Security check with Officers (who were very accommodating with stringent security rules) to the social distancing clearly marked to the customer service representative in the County Clerk's office. Kudos to Ms. Katie Crider, Clerk Probate Clerk! She fully explained the process and was very helpful in getting our Marriage License. Thank you again.

Easy to get in and out of here. You can almost always get a good parking space. Folks are always willing to point you in the right direction. They also have a couple nice statues and memorials outside, so if you ever have time you should check them out.
