I had a bicycle accident with 2 operations and was very low. Gwen started with me in Autumn last year and gradually build my strength up. She has a correct balance of understanding the ability of her clients and certainly now how to inspire and then push the boundary. I am off to ski next week and signed up for L2P cycle in June. I could not have imagined this in Oct 2015 when she started to train me. Thank you Gwen.

Would highly recommend using Gwen! She really helped me achieve my goals and I gained a lot of strength and fitness throughout the weeks. She is very personal and fits the excercises to your needs. She made me feel at ease and we always had some great laughs! Definitely worth it and much more relaxed in the comfort of your own home!
Would highly recommend Gwen! So lovely and she pushes you which is what you need. She makes each session different and makes sure it's suitable for what you want to achieve I would definitely recommend going to her!
