Took Acadia in for shuddering at low RPMs. They took for a test drive, acknowledged the shuddering problem, but couldn't isolate it. Said bring it back in when it gets worse. That's all fine, just don't think they should have charged me 54.76, since they didn't fix anything.

Excellent dealership been dealing there for 25 plus years would not go anywhere else.
Good people to deal with..Also Robbie and service people are great ! and do everything you paid for on your invoice... Outstanding! ..Trustworthy for sure .. unlike the quickie lube type places..
A pleasure, no pressure which helps us to buy our new truck. The service is on time and efficient.
Guys was great Duane and Gary were awesome and all but matched the price if the big guys down the road at a larger DC area dealership. The Customer Service I received on the purchase of my 2020 Sierra AT4 was top notch and I am happy I got to BUY LOCAL!!
