First point in Dean's favour he phoned to let us know he was held up in traffic so we knew he was definitely coming, he was polite and did a thorough check on our gutters which he said didn't need cleaning out this year how very honest and no charge either. He also noticed a problem with our drainage and even phoned a company to see if they did a part to fit it. We will certainly be having Dean next year to carry out the work.
