Fantastic customer service throughout my order. One item had a manufacturing defect and they arranged for a replacement very rapidly. Easy to get hold of anyone over the phone or email. I will be ordering from them again.
Incredibly helpful firm with very reasonable prices. Quick well wrapped delivery. Order of some Marley guttering all complete and correct. Great comms and I would definitely order from them again .
Genuinely surprised companies like this exist in 2020. Gave them 4 weeks grace period after the expected delivery date and benefit of the doubt to sort the problem out. After 4 weeks I'd decided enough is enough, and manager Geraint's demeanour seemed annoyed that I wasn't willing to wait even longer for them to get their act together. Based on my experience, I'd avoid.
Great company who helped without question when I had an issue (of my own doing). Straight forward, no nonsense - they even resolved an issue I had with guttering being 100mm short FOC. Buy with confidence.
