We used Gus’s taxi for our trip to Skye. Willy was a fantastic ambassador for the island of Skye and took us to a few gems that we hadn’t planned on visiting. With the tiny little single lane roads that make up the island, it was reassuring to have a professional handle the driving.
Three friends and I spent the entire weekend at Portree and travelled through the Isle of Skye using this taxi service. We were very pleased with the service altogether, not just because of punctuality, but because of their willingness to help my friends and me during our entire trip. They made sure we knew what we were passing during each taxi drive, made sure we were prepared and left ample time all of the sights we wanted to see. Their taxi service is one I would recommend to everyone who would like to go to the Isle of Skye, and is looking for a transportation service through which they could see multiple sights per day.
I have used Gus's taxis for my luggage transfer in September 2017 and they were very reliable, friendly and fast. The price was reasonable. I was so happy that my luggage has always arrived before me. I highly recommended them. Thank you Gus!
Gus’s Taxis was fantastic. We used their services for multiple trips, short and long, including Inverness to Portree, back and forth to Elgol, and Portree to Armadale. Sandy, our primary driver, was lovely. He made our holiday extra memorable. I hope to go back to Skye and will definitely use Gus’s Taxis when I do.
