Pathetic office, disorganized and least bothered about people and their electricity woes . Privatization of dhbvn is the answer. Private companies may charge you more , but atleast would deal with you like human beings.

When city is running fast, you made us happy to realize we are still there Feels like living in rural area looking at neighbor's house, light h kya inki. They always keep electricity on maintainance mode. Call never connected. If connected..we get know that there is no update or maintainance work going on. Very very poor service.we are spending whole night without electricity and these contact nos are not working. Whom to call...who will solve this..God knows
