I have recently rented a laptop from here. They have different options in choosing still I was hesitant in choosing whether I get based on my requirement or not. Then I used the live chat option to contact the customer care and they arranged a call back. With in no time Mr. Vishal has contacted me in time Asked for my requirements and he checked with his team in giving me right information. He even helped choosing the laptop by suggestion the one which suits my requirement so that I don't end up in an expensive product. He even helped me guiding me through the payment process and giving me a promo code for discount. He processed my documents and made the process smooth. As promised by Mr. Vishal I got the laptop with in two days, i booked the laptop on 15th and I asked them to deliver in 2 days and they did. The laptop is used and little old, but working absolutely fine and serves my requirement as expected. I strongly recommend to try this if you are willing to rent from their site.

stop sending me messages. you guys need to check with your inventory and shipping guys who never showed up for any settlement after taking the product back. stop sending me messages. These guys are renting out furniture that has no value whatsoever the worst material used for a rent that is double its price and on top of that when in house team is not collaborative enough and updated with stock and inventory they send messages like \Your CIBIL score will be impacted on a weekly basis\ etc. if i get any other message i am gonna publish the same all over internet. You tell me first why do you not take calls and respond or connect back? Where is your customer service after deducting money? Thanks god i blocked my card otherwise you guys would have done a fraud and charged me even after me sending back the bed with the same team who delivered it late by 2 weeks.

The product was good but Very poor service quality and post purchase support. I wanted to relocate my appliance. But, Point of contact does not pick your call. And the central helpline number is not so useful as they take a lot of time to resolve the query. They promise action within 24 hours. But it’s been more than 5 days. And my fridge is lying in the same old place. Would not recommend going with Rentickle when there are so many other options available.

I would not even give this company a single star , it is the worst platform to order from . I ordered an air purifier on 1 of November and haven't received it yet , it's been 12 days . More over there's such pathetic coordination between the customer service and the delivery people . No one knows what's happening in this company. I've also paid in advanced and it seems they have duped me of my money . I kindly request all to not use this website ever. It is so cumbersome and takes forever . WORST company.
