I had an appointment this morning, checked right in, walked into the blood draw room and was out within a total of 5 minutes. Very friendly people and the person who drew my blood sure knew what he was doing. He was so calm and had excellent technique. I could barely tell that he was in my vein (first try too). I feel mosquito bites much more. Thank you!

Very good experience! Dale was an awesome phlebotomist! She is very patient and kind. I recommend you make an appointment online and get here 15 minutes before. I promise you will be in and out. Especially Saturdays make an appointment because there are so many walk-ins. Awesome location in Gurnee, I highly recommend!!!! Thanks Dale!
I would have given 0 star. Seriously under-stuffed. One lady is there - the same person is sitting in the counter and also taking the sample. I have no complain for the lady, but just one person doing everything, is unimaginable. Consequently, you keep waiting in a enclosed space for hours during COVID pandemic. I left because I thought it is too risky to sit over there for hours.
The staff is so friendly! They're professional, precise and very quick. I loved how they keep doing their work yet have the time to have a little chat and smile all this while. I have no clue why this place received bad reviews but I loved their service.
Routine blood work. Staff working was very pleasant; however, spent 1 hour waiting. They have cut staff. Kiosk is easy to use but it doesn’t draw blood or do drug tests. Those of us that walk in get bumped because of “appointments”. Opening more facilities didn’t reduce numbers for Gurnee
