The pump gun got jammed and didn't click off the fuel erogation. Little did I know I was pouring diesel all over my car wheel and shoes. When I made the clerk aware, he himself decided it was best to call the manager out. Wish he didn't, as the manager was totally unapologetic, unwilling to issue a refund for my diesel spoilt trousers and shoes and the extra diesel that was lying on to the floor, uninterested in making sure that the area surrounding the pump would get cleaned. I was absolutely appalled!
