Replaced my S9 screen. I didn't like the price, but it was similar to what other shops charge. Part was ordered with overnight delivery, and repairs were done promptly and correctly once received.

They said that they could not guarantee screen repair without getting my phone password and they could also not fix it on the spot even though I made an appointment. They said the speaker on my phone was bad and needed replacement and I went to another place and all it needed was cleaning. I would recommend going recommend going to another place first.

I called; he had enough integrity to tell me he couldn’t see me when I needed him however provided me as he had a prior engagement but tomorrow is available. I could wait :) I came back the next day, he arrived early, repaired my broke iPhone and I was an elated and satisfied customer. Note to others: while there, he had another customer arrive for the same problem I had with a Galaxy 8 that I didn’t want to resolve because of pricing issues and he was totally honest with the customer (better to resolve issue with an insurance claim than to over pay with him) Totally recommend Hector!
