I recently decided to look into purchasing a high-quality acoustic guitar and I know that GuitarGuitar has a wide range to select from. Although having played guitar for several years, I don’t know a lot about them! The last acoustic I bought was based on aesthetics. I didn’t know anything about the different styles of acoustics out there and the benefits of each of them. I booked an appointment to try some out. The staff explained the benefits of the different types and made suggestions on my preferred playing style. I fell in love with the Alverez Grand Auditorium and have since bought one! I have been using GuitarGuitar for my musical needs for the last few years. From guitars, repairs, interfaces & accessories, I couldn’t recommend them enough. The staff are very friendly, helpful and they all seem to love working there. Why wouldn’t you love working in a guitar shop!? To the guys that helped pick & order my new guitar, I’d like to say thanks again!

Friendly and great selection. Gave me plenty of time to try what I wanted. No appointment necessary, which was perfect.

Wow...had a very poor experience today at the Epsom store. Went to buy a piano keyboard with my 5 year old after seeing online that GuitarGuitar Epsom appeared to have a nice keyboard section alongside their guitars. Zero effort was made with us by the many disinterested staff in an empty shop. After being casually directed to where the keyboards were, we were left standing by numerous keyboards alone trying to turn them on (they were all unpowered) while the numerous young staff gave us no attention (4 of them remaining behind the cashiers desk chatting to themselves....no other customers were in the store at the time). Luckily for them we knew which keyboard we wanted...when we enquired about whether they had it in stock there was considerable confusion and ongoing disinterest (first told they only had it in white and then another member of staff had to correct the first by saying that they had 3 in black). We were then left over 20 minutes waiting for someone to fetch the keyboard. Finally someone in another part of the store took pity on us and asked if we needed help. The original crew had forgotten to collect our keyboard!!! Unbelievable. Wanting to spend 500 and zero effort made. Very disappointed. Their loss as I wanted to also purchase a Nord stage piano too (2,000 plus value)....will go to a proper music store next time.

I love this shop! So sad its going to close for Lockdown 2, but then it also means I won't have to travel on public transport to get there! It is truly enormous, with every inch given over to guitars, basses, drums and electronic instruments. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and even with social distancing guidelines being observed still manage to make every visit special. I only wished I lived closer!

Friendliest music shop I have been to. The staff was so helpful I just wanted to hang out there all day. The range of guitars is extensive and great prices.
