Excellent service from My Core Wellbeing. Thorough assesment of my back problem, followed by very effective treatment. It has made a huge difference to my mobililty. Recommended excersises and advice to keep me moving were really useful. It's also worth noting, there was no pressure to keep booking appoinments that were not necessary, unlike some businesses I have heard of.
