Excellent place for tacos. I ordered three tacos and a horchata with cold press coffee. After a long day the coffee hit the spot. Everyone who tried it thought it was really good. My tacos were perfect and not too spicy. Once we ordered at the counter, our food came out in no time. The sweet corn tamale is really good as well. If you’re in the mood for tacos, this is the spot!
Solid tacos - good but none were outstanding. If I had to recommend one then I'd go with the mole as it was the most unique. Tamale Masa was too dry but the flavor was good. If this wasn't LA it might be a five star but in LA you can find so many other options that it is hard to justify a five star here.
We had such a great experience when we came. We live about an hour and half away, and stopped here for dinner on our way home from a trip. It didn't disappoint. All the food was very fresh and good quality. The atmosphere was pretty nice. We definitely will be returning.
Awesome tacos and great price. They were even nice enough to slip me one free! For the hungry traveller, I recommend 4-5 per person to really sample their quality yet simple menu of vegetarian, seafood, chicken, pork and beef. Otherwise, 3 will do you good. Thanks for the warm welcome!
