My low rating does not have to do with the people at the Brest, France airport, it has to do with Rentscape's company policies. I went through Opodo (which you may want to avoid until it puts pressure on Rentscape to stop its deceptive practices), to rent a car from Rentscape, and got a decent price. Then. I get to the airport and because I refused to takeout the additional insurance that would have added 200 euro to the price, which is outrageous in and of itself, Rentscape required a 1000 Euro deposit in order to release the car. One thousand euro of my hard earned money is now tied up for 10 days because of its deceptive practices. I think tying up 200 Euro would have been reasonable, but 1000 EURO is over the top, and Rentscape needs to stop this. It is doing this to force you to pay for the additional insurance. I would have rented a more expensive car at a more reputable place if I knew the final bill would be around 350 Euro instead of the 117 Euro that I originally paid. Consumers have got to stick together to stop this type of predatory behavior. Do not use Rentscape-ANYWHERE-until it stops this behavior and boycott Opodo until it pressures Rentscape to stop this practice. Trust me, I come from business, and if Opodo requested Rentscape to stop this, and recommended that it charge 200-500 Euro instead, OR, we will not send consumers to you, Rentscape would stop. As we all know, every industry is sucking the middle class dry-we've got to fight back or we will become poorer and poorer.

Très bonne expérience. Personnel très compétent et arrangeant, suite à la modification de notre vol par Air France nous sommes arrivés plus tôt sans avoir pu changer notre réservation de voiture. Rentscape nous a trouvé un autre véhicule en moins d'une heure.
