I went into the Grape Tree. The lady in this shop was very helpful. This shop gives you more for your money. If you're buying seed, nuts etc, the Grape Tree is the shop to visit within the Guildhall shopping centre.
Historic bridge in Exeter.. The style reminded me of some of the fabulous Széchenyi / Chain Bridge in Budapest.. Worth a visit..
Guildhall still has Sainsbury's, Wilkos, Superdrug, Whsmiths open during lockdown to name a few. However, my disabled friend & I were shocked to find that all of the benches were covered & we had no access. I'm in a wheelchair, so I was ok, but my friend desperately needed to take a few minutes rest before being able to continue, due to health & limited mobility. A cold, wet, stone wall was the only option, which he could not cope with. We only went out for essentials, supporting one another, surely disabled or elderly people should be able to sit & rest for a few minutes, or other vulnerable people? He rarely leaves his home, and now won't be doing so again until common sense is used by those in charge during lockdown. Unless they want even more demand on the ambulance service & Nhs due to such inconsideration.
Had to rush in- got in wilko and out very quickly for light bulbs- unfortunately no toilets open anywhere- so don’t drink tea or coffee before going in
