This is my second bike purchased from Vines Guildford Motorrad and second time dealing with James Williams, absolutely outstanding Sales executive, James has always listened to me about my needs and given great advice about choosing my bike’s. Making the transition to BMW was an easy step to make with such great service. Both sales, after sale care and follow ups from James having been a great touch. I can easily say without hesitation with service like this you definitely have another life long customer. Also many thanks to all the other staff from sales, service to delivery in making my purchase happen so smoothly.

Couldn't be more happier with the service I was given. Emily on sales was extremely helpful and replied to all my emails within an hour and the whole sale went very smoothly. Delivery was very professional and within a few days and I am very happy with my GS. I also needed some parts for the bike and Dave on the Service and Parts Dept was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about the bikes. Quick delivery and very reasonable on price. Nothing would make me use any other company when I am in the market for a BMW ....an amazingly professional outfit from start to finish....Its a refreshing change to deal with a company that really is dedicated to customers satisfaction.

I bought my first bike from Vines Guildford Motorrad in 2017 using their awesome BMW Rookie to Rider scheme and Vines have been brilliant since day one. Whether it was booking the bike in for a service, getting a loan bike or buying my new bike in 2021, they've been faultless. All the staff have been brilliant, especially Peter Bright and Anna Harrison. Knowing I have Vines Guildford Motorrad ready to do their thing, should I need them while putting many joyful miles onto my new bike is extremely reassuring. BMW Roadside Assistance , also need a special mention as they were prepared to collect my motorbike, at no cost in a gesture of goodwill, when it had been found (after being stolen) and get it to the nearest dealer even though my bike was no longer under warranty. Knowing BMW were coming to assist made the whole ordeal a little more palatable. It's due to Vines Guildford Motorrad and BMW Roadside Assistance that I will be a lifelong Motorrad customer.
