Helpful and friendly, I had a problem with the bottles of vape oil, I complained and was contacted by the company who immediately sent me out my order again for free. I always buy the 50/50 blueberry juice flavour.

Despite the pandemic and everything that's been happening, Vapouriz have been fantastic with orders and shipping, I've ordered three times in 6 weeks and received my order on time and the quality of the product it top notch. Highly recommend.

I ordered a vape from this company for myself a few weeks back, I have absolutley no complaints about it whatsoever, fast shipping everything was correct, faultless. So great that I bought one for my grandma's 70th birthday which when she received it she set it up and it blew up in her mouth, I phoned vapouriz many time and when they did finally answer I was told I could send it back for them to have a look at, I was also told I'd be sent an email about where to send it to etc, still haven't received it a week and a half on but I've sent it myself now. I also recommended this company to a friend and I ordered it off my account, it asked for age identification so I put in the details from my driving license, its said it couldn't be verified, which would be fine if the company's phone didn't keep going to voicemail or if I didn't keep being cut off. I'd like someone senior to get back to me ASAP if possible please as I'd hate to have such a bad experience with you after such a lovely one the first time I ordered.
