Don't bother! Too expensive, not worth it! I thought I was paying for quality instead I paid for insipid seafood. Their products tastes bland, God knows how long they froze their products. I bought it for Christmas, and all I got was endless complaints from my family. Merry Christmas to me! Buy at your own risk. I feel deceived and it feels horrible.

Reading the reviews I wasn’t sure if I should order from here. Ultimately I did, my experience was that the product arrived exactly at the time I was told, had no problem with the quality whatsoever. I would like to address some of the issues just what I’ve read and made me unsure if I should order from here. ‘Delivery was late’ they deliver through a courier service and even they admit in their confirmation email that 2% of their deliveries could be potentially late. ‘It was frosted 3 years ago’ I mean that’s how things are unless you live next to the sea, and you can buy fresh products caught at that day, also strongly depends on the season as well. You aren’t going to get fresh huge lobsters in the UK in mid January. If you do you can be sure that has been frozen for a couple of months at the time. ‘Blend’ if you don’t buy ready meals it’s strongly advised to use seasoning on your food for your own benefit.

Liars. Frustrates me to leave this review as I had such high hopes for this company with all the other great reviews and what looks like amazing products. This is to make people aware of their misleading marketing and as they suggested to call them before placing an order to get clarification so you're not let down like I was. Advertising peeled crab claws having around 12 claws PER PACK, when the pack I received only had 8. But because it's still 200g they say they are not in the wrong. They credited me half of the cost of a whole pack, which covers the delivery cost, but that now means I have to order another pack which is still 18.40. Correct your site and remove false advertising please.
