I would thoroughly recommend Rugmart. I purchased a gorgeous antique rug for my living room, and they couldn’t of had more choice, or been more helpful. The store in Guildford is well worth a browse, as they really do have every rug imaginable. The website is also very easy to navigate and the staff emailed me back on my enquiry within 24 hours. Excellent service!

Found this Guildford store via Google maps. Went along today. We've visited a few shops but should have gone here first. Selection is vast, spread over three floors, and with traditional and classical styles and prices to suit all budgets. Staff are mega helpful without being pushy. Romin was knowledgeable and extremely helpful no matter which rugs we looked at. We settled on an Afghan Ziegler rug, and they got to a price point we could afford. Looks great. We will use this store again.
I recently bought a rug made in Belgium from Rugmart and I am very pleased with the quality. Romin was very helpful and prompt with his responses to my emails. I would happily buy another rug from their Guildford branch.
Excellent service from Rugmart. Delighted with the quality of the rug we chose for our lounge - they have a great selection. It was delivered the next day at the time promised - really excellent experience. We've made the mistake in the past of purchasing from mainstream stores like John Lewis, Dunelm (who sold us a rug that shed so much fibre and it got EVERYWHERE) and M&S, but none have offered the same quality and value-for-money as this specialist supplier.
We bought two rugs from Rugmart. We chose exactly the colours and design we needed to match a room and they took about two months to make and deliver them - but that was over Christmas. I would recommend them highly. Huge stock on the Guildford shop and very helpful friendly people.
