I wasn't able to visit Jaguar Guildford but I did purchase a Mini One from them on HP. It was delivered to me as I live in Southampton and a new MOT and service was carried out. My only gripes are as follows. The car had a damaged antenna that I have had to replace. The rear bumper has damage, which is going to cost hundreds to repair and the driver's sun visor is broken. As you can see in the photo, it was stuck together to stop it from falling apart. None of these issues were mentioned to me throughout my two week purchase period. If they had been I wouldn't have purchased the car. Update: My Mini developed a rattling noise in the engine bay a few weeks ago. I took the car to Inchcape Jaguar Southampton but they were unable to help and advised that Mini will need to diagnose the issue and repair the car under warranty. Update: I returned the car to Inchcape Jaguar Guildford as the warranty company refused to cover the repairs, despite the car being less than 30 days old. Jaguar did offer to cover the cost of the repairs but I decided to return the car and avoid the bad omens. Sadly I would not recommend this dealership as my experience suggests they do not properly check their used car stock. I would however like to thank the Used Car Manager, Brett, for being so helpful throughout the returns process. He is a credit to Inchcape Jaguar Guildford.

He listened to my needs and guided me through the process in a professional manner. He did not try to influence my decision but supported me throughput. Very please with the outcome.

Very positive experience overall - many thanks to Andrew for assisting me. Only issues were when I collected the car a mark on the paintwork hadn't been done and the windscreen wiper on the drivers side was loose causing me to have to stop on my journey home [in the rain] and wait for assistance. To be fair the garage sent someone out and the gentleman was very helpful indeed.
