Do NOT buy from FG Barnes Guildford. We were told all the right things and were happy with the sale until... 4 months after we bought the car there were costly mechanical issues which they refused to cover under the warranty we had got at the point of sale. We purchased the car having been assured that it had been serviced and maintained by Nissan, this was a lie. The 'perk' of RAC cover was also not properly registered by them at the point of purchase and so we have not been able to benefit from this when needed. The SatNav also had not been updated so is useless as it doesn't recognise our address or the roads around us, again we were not made aware of this. They are not to be trusted, our sales advisor (Rob) said what we wanted to hear and has fulfilled none of the promises. The dealership then failed to resolve the issues when they arose and we were fobbed off at our own expense. They are near impossible to get hold of now! Response: No the discounted battery did not at all resolve the issue. We were lied to about the history of the car. Nissan have been informed and will be in touch with you directly to discuss their 'Customer Promise'. No one pays thousands of pounds for a car and then has to pay to have it fixed 4-5 months (not 6) later. Disgusting customer service and Nissan, having agreed with us, have advised us to go with the Epsom branch going forward.
