Had to chase for a copy of the safety certificate 2 years in a row. When received ,its wrongly written up claiming I have appliances that I don't have....A Legal document that has innacuracies within needs correcting BTU.

Very thorough and knowledgeable engineer. Prices were reasonable and as advertised.
BTU installed a Vaillant boiler for my parents which broke down under warranty. Engineer takes 10 days to turn up and does not have correct tools - another 4 days before he can get back. My parents who are in their 80’s and not in good health are having to cope in an unheated house running up an electricity bill using an electric fire - totally unacceptable from a company which allegedly prides itself on its accreditations and customer care. It is a real disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves. My father tried to escalate but the Manager in charge is on holiday and to quote my parents “the person left in charge is the don’t care type”. Following on from “the fix”, after a cursory check and job done, half the radiators are not coming on. Of course it is a Friday so nobody can get back till Monday! Arthritis doesn’t cope well in the cold. Slapdash and uncaring.

The most incompetent workmen that I have ever encountered. Unhelpful, rude and useless. If I could give zero stars I would. Am editing this review as I rang the number given in the response and was firstly told that there was no Janet in Customer Relations secondly that they did not call it that internally (?) and thirdly that she was not in. Suggest this organisation has a serious think about it’s staff training.
