Better think twice before buying a unit in this place. From first, everythinhmg is smoooth and well. As for own experience, 2 years living here is no difference living in slums. Workers are scattered everywhere, garbage collection is poor, to make it worst they allowed to built barracks next to our house. Pungent odors everywhere. To add up quality of built is a little bit questionable considering the are over priced. Corners of the wall has a cracked in it. Some unfinished paint job, big issue on stability on the foundation. If you have money and trying to find a nice environment for your family and love ones better look for anywhere else. Its not worth waste the money energy and time. Nobody will hear your concern.
