Customer service wont pick up calls and also dont answer on txt ..No agent to chat ..on messenger (its just a bot) how annoying ..the converge app only good service at online payment but when it comes to technical issues theyre zero rating on service ..its been 4 days since my connection lost because of the disconnection of wired taps in our area(on day two i went to their office they said they'll fix it that day)... i guess theres only few area affected thats why they wont respond fast .. that shows again how poor customer service they have..im just frustrated now that my business were super affected by it ..FYI i dont have any remaining balance ..

this is the only utility that doesnt charge late fees nor even has due dates. just as long as you won't be delinquent for 4 consecutive months before your service gets interupted. they will install/hook you up with their service immediately once applied. they provide the fastest internet so far and a very clear cable chanels.

Wala namang sumasagot sa contact number. Napakahirap tawagan ng Business Center niyo. Lagi lang nagri-ring yung number pero hindi sinasagot.

3months na nung nag-apply aq for internet connection but until now wla pa..!!! Nagfollow up nq 5 times puro sinasabi nakaline up na ska wala p daw schedule dto sa area namin peo nung nkaraan nkita q my kinakabitan sila...anu un palakasan!!!! Sana baguhin nio sistema nio...
