Interesting and creative food. My cod was delicately cooked and my friend’s duck was tasty and meaty. For entrees we had perfectly summer dishes of gazpacho and melon. The service is all a bit frantic and loud which took away from the ambience. They must be the only restaurant in all of France not to have a contactless credit card machine in the pandemic.

They did everything they could to accommodate us and my God weren't we lucky. Incredible food, great service. I've been mocked ever since by my fellow diners for the tip I gave but it was genuinely that good. Enjoy!

Great presentation and flavors of local French food. Pleasant service. New ownership a couple of months ago, so don't trust the old reviews. I have had duck confit in many restaurants in the area and this was the best; crispy but moist.

Best magret de canard and pomme sarladaise ever according to my husband. And they made me an amazing vegetarian dish which was actually thoughtfully put together, rather than just a plate of steamed vegetables like you normally get in French restaurants. Thinking of reorganising our travels so we can come back!

The food was amazing, the service was great, and the prices reasonable. It was a great value. You are missing out if you go to Sarlat and don't go here!
