Nice shop staff are very helpful and polite only issue I have is everytime I go in with my 18 year old daughter there is always an old man sitting on the sofa staring at her which makes her feel un easy I must say this guy dose not work there as far as I am aware but is always in the shop this could quite easily put customers off
Absolutely appalling! Myself and 3 friends were looking for a new vape. Advised that the Voopoo was the best at 40. Stopped working after a week and the other 2 stopped after 3 weeks. Owner refused a refund OR replacement. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! Rip off.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought a VooPOO vape recommended by shop manager for it to break. Constantly leaks and crashs.....totally useless! Manager and his boss were extremely unhelpful and tried to sell us items to \fix\ issues, even after him saying he had no idea what was wrong. Refused parts, replacement or a refund. Faulty products sold. Spend your money elsewhere.
