Nice hotel inside the historic medieval area. The common spaces of the hotel are beautiful. The guest rooms could use a face-lift, but they are clean and cozy. Bathroom could use better lighting, but was clean and nicely configured. The included breakfast is great. They will bring you ham, cheese, coffee, hot milk rolls and toast. There's also muesli, yoghurt, abd juices. They are very generous with the bread!
Hotel Santos has a rustic interior which contrasts with the modern architecture. Located in the heart of the city, in the historical centre, it is ideal to a walk trough the main tourist points of Guarda.

Typical historical Portuguese hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms left a little to the imagination.
