I visited the store at 13:50 On sat 30/01/21 it closed at 14:00 the server said he can’t serve me without a face mask which I totally understand but I had a face covering on so I didn’t see the problem. I explained I won’t have time to go buy a mask and get back there and I desperately needed my parts and drove 30 minutes to get to the store but he was very rude without offering an alternative. So I went and got a mask and got back to the store by 13:57 but they closed the doors and ignored me when I was knocking and ringing the bell. I was very upset these are hard enough times without people like that out there I thought we were all in this together. All I’m going to say is avoid this store very bad customer services. Note to management your staff need some customer service training ASAP. Thanks for reading!

Always helpful, nothing is an issue. There is a very nice man with long blonde flowing locks of hair that helps me most of the time. Great
They had a massive 60% off the battery I wanted. Easy to get to, parking outside. Friendly staff.
