Rudy was extremely helpful, customer service was great. He was very knowledgeable in regards to my query, gave me a few different options and explained them in detail. I'm very grateful, he helped me a lot today. Thanks again, would definitely reccomend.

Took over an hour to pick up a click and collect order for disc pads with 4 people in the que in front of me the worse service I have seen. One incompetent sales person and what seemed like 6 people standing about by the open warehouse door doing nothing

I have ordered a part from online was the wrong part so I went to this place to replace them with the right one they said I have to send it back to Birmingham branch they would not take it there and its not good at all I dont have time to go around and post it back to them so they can refund my money its a poor service never order online with gsf cat parts its so poor service

Was served by a member of staff called THE. I have to say his customer service was amazing. He was every polite and well spoken. Once he found the part I needed for my car, he suggests I order it online and use the click and collect option. He saved me over 30 which I was really happy about. He even said to bring it back with the receipt if it's the wrong part. Honestly left the shop feeling like a valued customer. He delivered what I call old skool customer service which you don't see anymore. Will be definitely going back due to the level of customer service I received.
