Instrutor Garça is a wonderful capoeirista to train and learn from. He works well with beginners, whether they are children or adults. The students that train under Inst. Garça are very friendly and talented. I felt inspired by their passion for this Afro-Brazilian art. This martial art that is disguised in a game/dance has many benefits to those willing to learn. There is culture, language, music, performing acrobatics, practicing sequences, becoming more flexible and so much more. If you are a beginner, you will receive quality instruction from Garça who has extensively trained Capoeira around the world, including Brazil. If you are visiting, I highly recommend dropping into class to train with GCB Ponce!

Un lugar diferente y divertido para practicar está arte marcial con un grupo muy familiar y unidos. Se los recomiendo a todos en Ponce y áreas limítrofes que apoyen este grupo. El crecimiento y valorización del grupo es muy importante para que sigan envolviendose en nuestra comunidad. Axe!
