Super friendly and so helpful!! My 2 old lady cats are being very picky about their food at the moment and the guys in Grumpys are going above and beyond helping me sort this problem. Highly recommended place to go for all pet needs!

Has alot of dog toys and items, I came looking for cat water fountain but unfortunately it wasn't there. Has things for pets of all kinds and a beautiful beautiful bird there! We got it so say hello, it's very funny! You just say something a few times to it and after a while it says it back! Anyway this place is great for items of pet lovers, 4.2 paws

They own a cute parrot called Lou Lou. She is a cockatoo whose species is originally from Australia. Super cute!

Just used their cat sitting service, was absolutely brilliant. Jason came to our house to check out exactly what needed doing and to meet our cats. He was really organised and knowledgeable. One of our cats needed an oral antibiotic daily, which Jason knew exactly how to administer (I suspect much better than me!). We also got a checklist with lots of detail on what had happened with the cats that day. They also sorted out our post, picked up a parcel from the neighbours for us and put our milk on the fridge (which I'd forgotten to cancel...) without any prompting. Jason was available via text and Richard (the pet store owner) via email and we're very responsive. They also have a relationship with arbury road vets (possibly other local vets too) and reassured us that if our cats needed to be taken to the vet while we were away they would sort it out for us. Highly recommended them to anyone that needs pet sitters.
