The electricity kept going off, both the outside and inside main pools were closed with chlorine problems, they were cleaning the \lazy river\ pool with some horrendous chemical that gave us all headaches and meant the lifeguards sat outside it was so awful. Overall a pretty terrible experience. Some of it out of their control but a lot of it fully within. No apologies for the chemical smell though there was a discount as only 40% of the place was open. Wont be going back!

It was awesome. I had a great time.
Took a friend as a birthday treat for a massage and two and a half hours of spa/pool use. The staff were very friendly and the spa and massage were both excellent.
