I ride every day and I just want to say thank you for the free ride bcuz I don't have money at all most of the time.I just want to make a suggestion that to have a better and safe trip can we have some sanitizing wipes and spray, the spray might be better bcuz it goes into the air just get it sprayed every half hour PLEASE bcuz ppl are talking during the whole trip. I never seen such ignorant nasty drivers in my life... They hate to be asked questions about their routes or busses .ive been on a bus where the lady stopped and waiting for what seemed to be her husband to drop off food on her route.ive seen a driver stop and go to the bathroom and ive seen a driver stop and go to 711.. You can be standing at a stop and the bus will past u as if it was going to fast to stop...nobody cares thats why they are able to do and treat ppl the way they do..I have come across maybe 3 or 4 good drivers with good people skills who seemed to really care about their job. Nothing will happen this remark will fall on deaf ears im sure.....

Based on my many years riding until I was able to get a car, I can truly say they are the worst! It's never on time, clean & the drivers may be rude but if you're in a bind without a car or can't afford lyft/uber, it will do.

When I call 3584782, the elderly women who answer are heavily ill informed and incompetent. Joy has told me incorrect info on 3 occasions such as saying the 19 doesn't run before 11am which is def not true. She was rude, being short with me, and when I politely thank her for her (lack of) help, there was dead silence and awkward goodbye. Not kind at all when I'm just trying to get to work. Another, Miss Carter or Culver was also short with me and told me the 19 would be here in 5 min and it's been 30. The bus tracker is sometimes inaccurare and I guess what they see is as well. Please make it more accurate. Also, the ticker and chime of each stop is often turned off, and being legally blind, it is very important for the stops to be read aloud and visible. And buses are delayed much too frequently, causing people to be 30 min late to work. If a drink spills or something small, bus driver should clean it up and keep moving. Just keep a mop on board or have the mobile pickup cleaning crew come quickly.

Last night I got on the wrong bus headed in the wrong direction the driver Mrs. Royale was so helpful, kind and understanding!!!! If it wasn't for her I'd probably be still lost!!!! Thank her again for me
