What an exceptional level of service. Called to seek advice regarding telescopes and equipment and received informative, concise and supportive advice from knowledgeable staff. Placed order for a Christmas present which arrived in time. Fantastic equipment, easy to assemble with clear instructions. Does exactly what we asked for and more. I have never visited in person but emailed a query before Christmas. Even though they must have been rushed, they knew exactly what I needed and the online payment was super easy. After sales communication was also friendly and efficient. One day I hope to upgrade my very humble telescope and will definitely try this place first, can't fault their customer service or knowledge. Thank you! :-)
Fantastic service from this business. Left ordering a telescope until far too late but the wonderful Kim kept me informed all the way through giving me helpful unbiased advice too on what to buy too - important for a non astronomer. I was delighted when I was told the order had been processed and it all arrived this morning so there will be a very happy recipient on Christmas Day and the skies even look as if they will be clear that evening. Purchased a telescope online but alas it was out of stock. They kept me upto date on their stock deliveries and contacted as soon as it arrived. On arrival at the store I found the staff to be polite and friendly and very helpful. Will definitely use this shop again even though its a 90 minute drive away.
