To be honest, we weren't sure if we wanted to get a POD for our move once our business shut down. We ended up getting one, and we had an issue with our POD door, the customer service agent who called was extremely professional, helpful and communicative. I was extremely impressed by the speed they handled the issue, and then they were kind enough to not charge us even though it could have been viewed as our fault. The drivers were always on time, and we were connected with before every pick-up and move. Will 100% use PODS for all of my future moves.

Very easy to set up. They call you before they arrive and the drivers are very nice and put the POD where you would like them to. Just in your driveway though, in my city.

This is the most greedy, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. All they want is your money! I arranged for my pod to be delivered to my new apartment. I received the OK from Pods and from my complex. The DAY BEFORE my pod was scheduled to be delivered, I get this mumbled voicemail that my pod could not be delivered the next morning due to the location of the delivery. ONE DAY BEFORE. I scheduled my pod delivery 1.5 weeks prior! And my full service 2 months prior. I explained to them everything I wanted and the final city destination. I found out later through former disgruntled individuals in my new city that Pods will not deliver on anything other than a driveway or parking lot in that particular city. Why not tell me this before?! Pods knew where I was relocating. I cannot imagine how many people they've screwed over. Customer service was impossible to get a hold of (I tried over 5 times and waited for 30 minutes each time). By the time I finally got a hold of someone, it was 6 pm the NIGHT BEFORE my move. They were completely unprofessional. They offered no support and no solutions. Because of their greed, negligence, and complete disregard of professionalism, I was forced to spend thousands of extra dollars on my move! My mom nearly had to be hospitalized from the stress! I have used a lot of storage pod facilities, but none have been as unprofessional as Pods. You would think a national company like this would not have to resort to shady tactics to get clients. If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT USE! They are cheats and liars!

Please explore other options. Beware! The POD was delayed and did not arrive as scheduled. Not only did PODS not follow through with a timeline as scheduled, it caused a ripple effect of missed timelines which counted on the delivery of the POD. This caused a substantial monetary loss on my end. It addition, PODS mistakenly charged me a second delivery fee for the delivery of the POD. I am still in the process of obtaining a credit for that erroneous charge. Overall, it was a very poor experience that resulted in multiple problems. PODS has done little to nothing to rectify the situation. Given this, I will go out of my way to share this experience with others to ensure people explore other options before choosing PODS.

Unprofessional customer service, never noted my address change, and charged me after my pods were delivered - meaning after I had no further business with Pods. They were fraudulent charges because no one ever noted the change in my service, as I wasn’t moving out of state anymore due to the pandemic. For a Veteran friendly business they cannot handle changes, and customer service will transfer you 4 x before your request is processed or not even process your request!! They charged my account for fraudulent services when those services were never rendered!!
