These are really nice homes in a very safe neighborhood! They are very responsive to any issues that may arise when you are a tenant here. They (especially Jonathan) make transferring in or out of Beacon Point Homes super simple for busy families. It's also great just having one bill for everything!

Beacon Point Homes offers inviting and comfortable homes for area residents and those new to the region. Plenty of room for families to live and grow in this home environment. They are located in a great location, close to any and all amenities a family could need or want. I found the staff to be positive, friendly, and responsive to needs of their clients.
Absolutely terrible, Maintainence takes way to long to deal with simple issues.
So unhappy here. Maintenance Office is terrible. No one ever answers the phones. Something is always wrong with the house. Problems never end. Since the day we moved in, almost 2 years ago, it’s been one problem after the next. The few maintenance crew members that have come to our home have been kind and respectful; that’s about all I have to say that’s nice.
