Grosvenor Consultant Surveyors Building Surveys Homebuyer Reports

Recently undertook a Homebuyer Survey for us and I was very impressed from start to finish. We are first time buyers so were a little unsure as to what to expect, but they took the time to explain exactly what the report entails, what to expect and how much it would cost. The survey was carried out exceptionally quickly (partially due to the property currently being vacant) and the report is thorough and easy to understand. They also contacted me prior to sending through the report to relay the major points from the survey and answer any questions I had which I greatly appreciated. Fantastic company, excellent service, reasonably priced - would highly recommend.
