Best service I've ever experienced. Rang them as my battery had died in the supernarket car park around the corner. They came out with jump leads within 10 minutes and started my car. They offered to test the battery for me at the garage. Battery was knackered so I needed a new one. New battery was fitted and I was back on the road less than an hour after my phone call to them. I'll defintely be using Grooms for servicing from now on based on how fab they were today.
